We want the day to run cleanly and fairly for everyone on the court. These are the terms you agree to when you enter.
Entering
Entry is by pair, and both players are registered together on one entry. Your combined Playtomic rating must not exceed the cap for the tournament you are entering, which for the UPS Challenger’s Cup on Sunday 30th August 2026 is 6.5. The cap keeps the draw competitive. We may ask to see your Playtomic profiles, and we can decline or re-seed an entry where the rating given does not reflect the standard of play.
Entry for the Challenger’s Cup is £45 per player, £90 for the pair. Places are limited and allocated first come, first served. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received, not when the form is submitted.
Changes, withdrawals and refunds
If you need to withdraw, email us at sufisaleem@hotmail.com as early as you can so we can offer your place to a pair on the waiting list.
Entries are non-refundable, but they are transferable: you may send another pair in your place, or swap one player, as long as you tell us before the day and the combined rating still meets the cap. If we cancel the tournament, you get a full refund. If we have to move the date, you can take the new date or a full refund.
On the day
Please arrive in good time for your first match. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but a match may be forfeited if a pair is not ready when called.
The format, including group sizes and the number of matches, depends on how many pairs enter and will be confirmed before the day. Decisions of the organisers on scoring, scheduling and conduct are final.
The Ultimate Padel Series is meant to be enjoyable. Abusive or unsafe behaviour towards players, spectators, staff or the venue will end your day, without a refund.
Photography and filming
The day is photographed and filmed, and those images and clips are used to promote the series and its partners, including on this site and on social media. By entering, you agree to appear in them. If you would rather not, tell us before play starts and we will do our best to keep you out of shot, though we cannot promise it at a busy venue.
Your safety and belongings
You take part at your own risk and should be satisfied you are fit to play. We are not able to cover you for injury, and we recommend you have your own cover. The Ultimate Padel Series does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings. The venue’s own rules apply throughout, alongside these.
Pilates
Some tournaments run reformer pilates alongside the padel, booked and paid for separately and not part of your tournament entry. Where it runs it is announced with the tournament, and the same terms on safety and photography apply. It is not part of the UPS Challenger’s Cup on Sunday 30th August 2026.
